We are hoping to raise money for DONATE LIFE. Glen "The Widg" Widger started painting in 1975 and his work placed 2nd & 4th and took every point for paint at the Clutch Artists Autorama. In November 1988 Easyriders magazine featured a motorcycle, called Pete's Lien Machine, built by Pete Smith and painted by The Widg. In March 2000, he painted Terry Buchwald's custom Elvis Bike. Then in 2003, he awed the crowds at the Food Bank of WNY Bike Show with three of his of wildest bike ever; The Dragon Bike, The Bomber Bike, and a 1958 Custom Rigid Panhead! Widg was taken from us suddenly Saturday April 12, 2008. In addition to being top-notch air brush artist, motorcycle painter and builder... Widg was also a great family man and friend. The Toys for Tots Poker Run begins at the Homer fire Station’s Paul Hill Community Building (45 S Main Street, Homer) with 3 fire station stops throughout beautiful Central NY and ends at its starting point.

Mike Trzepacz Annual Motorcycle Run
Mike was a life member of the Lake View Volunteer Fire Department, who passed away on May 29, 2009 as a result of a tragic motorcycle accident on Memorial weekend a week earlier. Each year since, friends and family have organized a memorial run to raise and donate money to charities and organizations that were dear to Mike. Since then, over $40,000.00 has been donated to these worthwhile causes. More details at

This run has been recognized as the "safest run" in the Western New York. Registration is from 8:00am - 10:45am at the Lakeshore Fire Department at the corner of Route 5 and Rogers Rd. in Woodlawn. Riders are $25.00 and $10.00 for passenger. This includes a commemorative pin, dinner, and music at the end of the run. Beverages will also be available. Kickstands up at 11:00. The run ends at the Lake View Fire Department grounds in Lake View at 5:00, where there will be dinner, live music, 50/50, prizes, bid n buy auction, and a Chinese auction. Homeless Vets Motorcycle Dice Run
Start and Finish will be at the American Legion Post 735, 35 Legion Parkway, West Seneca, NY 14224 Registration begins at 10am, kickstands up at noon. We will stop at several American Legion Posts in the area. $15 for drivers, $10 for passengers, $10 for non-riders. Cost includes coffee and donuts in the morning and all you can eat Hot Dogs, Hamburgers, Italian Sausage, and one beverage. Entertainment by Rock Band "Alibi Pass". Celebrating our 15th year, and growing, the Warrensburg Bike Rally is now held at the Warren County Fairgrounds where the event was moved to 3 years ago. This affords everyone the opportunity to grow with us - and more room for vendors, attendees and activities. This is a 10 day, free admission event!
The fairgrounds are located on Schroon River road in Warrensburg, approximately 1 -1/2 miles east of Route 9. Whether you're coming off Exit 23 or traveling north on Route 9 from Lake George, it's the first right at the light at Horicon Ave, just past Warren Ford. Seven summers ago Joshua had the entire right side of his brain removed in hopes of eliminating the seizures, allowing him to learn. 2nd Annual Hems Angels Alex Hemline Memorial Run
On May 5 2013 Alex Hemline of Clarence N.Y. was tragically killed in an auto accident. Alex was 17 years old and a brother firefighter with Harris Hill Vol. Fire Co. Two of Alex's greatest loves were the fire department and riding motorcycles. Red Knights N.Y. Chapter 47 has teamed up with Alex's family and other first responders to make sure that Alex's love for the fire service and riding will live on. All proceeds will be donated to a junior firefighter/explorer program in the Western N.Y. area. These programs give kids 14 and over the opportunity to begin the basic training needed to become fully active firefighters at the age of 18 and perform the lifesaving services we all count on when needed. Registration for the unescorted ride will open at 10 am at The Bowmansville Fire Dept. 36 Main St. Bowmansville the 80+ mile ride have stops at some of Alex's most loved destinations. The run ends at The Hilltop Inn and grove at 11389 Genesee St. Alden N.Y. Where there will be a Chinese auction, music, drink and food specials and 50/50 cash drawings. $15.00 per driver $10.00 per passenger with a $5.00 off discount for showing a valid first responders card. The rally being held from Corning Harley-Davidson, focuses on the Glenn Curtiss museum history of planes and motorcycles, with the most distinctive landmark in Corning, Little Joe. The rally will begin July 16th and continue through July 18th. More than 1,000 Harley-Davidson bikers are expected to attend this year’s rally and visit the many things the greater Corning area has to offer. A variety of rides and activities are planned throughout the beautiful NY Finger Lakes and PA Endless Mountains regions.

7th Annual Jonathon Cote Memorial Ride & Fundraiser
Jonathon Cote was a U.S. Army Veteran from Western New York who was taken hostage, along with four others, while working as a private security contractor in Iraq on November 16th, 2006. He was held captive/missing for 523 days before his body was found and flown home to us in Buffalo, NY on April 28th, 2008. The family and friends of Jon, have organized a motorcycle ride and fundraising event in his honor! We have created this event to raise money for an annual $1,000.00 scholarship for a selected student of Williamsville North High School in Jon's memory. More info at

Sign in for the memorial ride will begin at 11:00am in front of Williamsville North High School at the horseshoe entrance on Dodge Road, near Jon's memorial tree and plaque. Sign in will end at 12:30pm and will be followed by an informational rider meeting and prayer. The cost is $20 per driver and $10 per passenger. Each person will receive a lapel pin & sticker for participating, a free meal, and a pamphlet with information about Jon, the event, and the ride route. We plan to leave the high school starting at 1:00pm on a scenic route that will take us about 1.5 hours and will end at the La Casa Cardenas Restaurant (1437 Ridge Road, Lewiston, NY 14092). All makes and models of motorcycles are welcome! If you do not have a motorcycle or cannot participate in the ride, you are more than welcome to join us at the La Casa Cardenas Restaurant at 2:30pm when all the motorcycles should arrive from the ride. There will be a live music with The Mombrea Brothers Band! (Jon's cousins), food, and beverages as well as silent auctions, and a 50/50 raffle. The Afterschool Program is a comprehensive program that provides a safe, spiritual, nurturing and structured academic learning environment for all grades. The program also allows children to build strong relationships with peers and experience positive interaction with tutors and mentors. Through this Program, the children are provided an outlet which assists them in their academic success. The children receive snacks and participate in crafts, fieldtrips and Bible time. Patrick Steven Conway, just days from his HS graduation and weeks from heading off to USMC boot camp, died tragically in a motorcycle accident on June 5, 2013 in Clarence, NY. Ride for the Red Motorcycle Run
The 7th Annual Ride for the Red motorcycle run will be held Labor Day weekend to raise funds for the American Red Cross’ Finger Lakes Chapter’s local services, including the Service to the Armed Forces program. The event is supported by Corning H.O.G. (Harley Owners Group) Chapter 3390.

The weekend kicks off on Friday afternoon, Sept. 4th, with a short ride from Corning Harley-Davidson at 300 Town Center Road in Painted Post, NY, followed by food and beverages at the dealership. The Ride for the Red main event will be held on Saturday, Sept 5th, also from the dealership. The ride will be led by NYS motorcycle Troopers through the beautiful Finger Lakes Region.

Pre-registration “on-line” is highly recommended at the Red Cross web site at www.redcross.org/CorningRideForTheRed.  On-site registration runs from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM. The led ride leaves at 11:30 AM sharp. 

T-shirts are included for both riders and passengers who pre-register online (limited quantity offered for sale day of ride). Also included are meals after the ride and one commemorative bike flag. The cost is $20 for the rider; $20 for the passenger.

The American Red Cross will also hold a blood drive at Corning H-D on Saturday, 9/5, from 1 to 5 PM.

Kallie's Krusade is a community effort to "Fight Like a Girl" against pediatric cancer and other childhood illnesses. We will support the fighters, admire the survivors, honor the taken, and never ever give up hope. In addition, Kallie's Krusade strives to raise awareness to childhood cancer, a tragedy that effects 1 to 2 children out of 10,000 every year in the United States and can affect any family at any time. 100% of the monies raised on this run will be utilized to help families in our community whose lives have been stricken with pediatric cancer. Catskill Mountain Thunder may start on Thursday the 16th but people start gathering at the Blackthorne with their RV’s and tents a week ahead of time. We keep them entertained during the week with live music in the pub. Thursday we kick it off with a FREE pre-festival party, with free food, free beer, and live music.
